Sunridge Woods is a beautiful, quiet development regarded by many as one of the nicest in the area. It is located just 8 miles south of Disney World and has been included in many of the UK Florida Holiday brochures for several years. Unlike many other properties on other developments in the Orlando area, the villas on Sunridge Woods are all built on quarter acre plots and offer you privacy and seclusion from neighbouring properties to enable you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun.
Our villa is ideally situated for visiting all the major attractions in the area. You can reach the Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom within 15 to 20 minutes and you will find the journey to Sea World, Universal Studios and The Islands of Adventure will take less than 30 minutes. Even Busch Gardens in Tampa is little more than an hour drive away. There are more than 70 golf courses within a 45 minute drive and many of these are to Championship standard. Both coasts (Daytona/Kennedy Space Centre to the east and Clearwater/St Petersburg to the west) can be reached in less than two hours. The villa occupies a prime site on Sunridge Woods, overlooking one of the small lakes on the development. Beautifully furnished throughout, the villa has almost 2000 square feet of living space with a large family room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and a separate lounge/reading area. It is detached with four bedrooms (one master bedroom with en suite facilities, two other double rooms and one twin bedded room, all with bed linen and towels provided), is fully air conditioned and has all that you will need, e.g. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, portable CD/Stereo, Gas Barbecue etc., to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
