Booking and Deposit
To confirm your booking, a representative of your party must complete and
sign the booking form and forward it to us with your deposit. The signatory
must be over 18 years of age and shall be deemed to be the agent for all
persons shown on the form.
The booking will only be valid when confirmed in writing by us and applies only to those persons shown on the booking form. Under no circumstances may any other persons occupy the property without prior written consent from us. Admittance to the property will be refused if this condition is not observed.
Rental Period
From 4pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure.
Payment of Balance
Full payment must be received TEN WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE DATE unless
otherwise stated in our letter to you confirming your booking. In the event
of non-payment by the date due, we may cancel your booking with no refund
of the deposit paid.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £150 will be collected from you when you pay
your final balance. This is to cover any breakages, telephone charges or
damage caused during the rental period. If all or any of your security deposit
is to be retained, we will confirm the reason in writing. Otherwise, the
deposit will be returned to you at the end of your holiday once the Management
Company has checked the villa and any keys have been returned.
You will be held responsible for all costs necessary to repair any loss or damage caused by you or any member of your party during the rental period other than loss or damage recoverable under the insurance arranged by us.
Cancellations
If you or any of your party wishes to cancel the whole or any part of the
booking after we have confirmed it, we must be informed in writing. Cancellations
prior to the date your balance is due will result in the loss of your deposit
only. Cancellations after your balance has been paid will result in the
loss of the total cost of the accommodation.
If we need to cancel the booking prior to your arrival due to the unavailability
of the accommodation because of circumstances or events beyond our control,
a full refund of all monies paid by you will be made
