Special Conditions
(i) The accommodation is located within the residential communities known as
Sunridge Woods. During your stay you should be considerate of your neighbours
and must be aware of and comply with all local laws and community restrictions
including:
(a) Trash
All trash must be placed in the covered, watertight trash container provided
and must not be stored in such a manner that it becomes deposited on public
property, the property of another or in such a manner that it otherwise becomes
a nuisance.
Trash is collected twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays and you should place your trash container by the road by 7.00am on these days. Once the trash has been collected, the containers must be removed from the roadside and returned to the garage.
(b) Noise:
It is unlawful in Polk County to create noise at such a level or for such a
duration that the noise unreasonably interferes with your neighbours’
comfortable enjoyment of their property.
(c) Animals:
No animals are permitted during your stay.
(d) Clothing:
You must wear clothing whilst in public or in any other place where you are
readily visible to the public or your neighbours. Females must wear both a top
and bottom and males must wear a bottom. G-Strings and similar articles of clothing
are not considered acceptable forms of clothing for the purpose of this condition.
(ii) Florida is a tropical state and insects such as ants, cockroaches and the like are a natural consequence of the climate. The house is treated regularly for pest and termite control and the presence of insects will not be considered as a cause for complaint.
(iii) No liability can be accepted for any injury however caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Diving is not permitted and children must not be allowed to use the pool without proper supervision.
Personal Safety / Insurance
We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your stay, nor
can we accept any liability for the loss or damage to personal effects of you
or any of your party.
We cannot accept any liability for any other losses incurred by you as a result of any matters beyond our control including any circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
You should ensure that adequate travel and medical insurance is taken out covering all members of your party for the duration of the holiday. In view of the high costs of medical treatment within the USA, a minimum cover of £1 million is recommended.
Complaints Procedure
If you have any reason for complaint during your stay you should firstly approach
the Management Company in Florida. Should you wish to pursue this further with
us, full details must be put in writing and sent to us within 7 days of returning
to the UK.
Terms of Contract
These booking conditions are subject to the laws of England and you and we agree
that any unresolved issues will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of English
courts.
